Bonneville/Seattle rebrands KIRO (710 ESPN Seattle) as "Seattle Sports." The flagship home of the Mariners and Seahawks will still feature the same insider content and programming, now with a new name showcasing what it calls "commitment to the best in local Seattle Sports." The station's content is created by Mike Salk, Justin Barnes, Jake Heaps, Stacy Rost, Bob Stelton and Dave Wyman, as well as regular contributors Michael Bumpus, John Clayton, Shannon Drayer and Brock Huard.

"Our focus and investment has always been live and local," said Bonneville Seattle Senior Vice President and Market Manager Cathy Cangiano. "We are more than a radio station. We are Seattle Sports, a content creator that distributes the best in Seattle Sports across multiple platforms."

Seattle Sports will continue to be the ESPN affiliate in the Seattle market and home to the Seattle Sports Radio Network.
