KERA-FM/Dallas appoints Kimberly Singleton as the public media organization's Chief Financial Officer. She replaces previous CFO Wanda Mizutowicz, who announced her retirement earlier in 2022. Singleton is a CPA and holds her bachelor and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. The Dallas native has served as a CFO/VP of Finance for several companies, most recently with the digital pharma startup, Alto Pharmacy.

Singleton is also an active member of the North Texas community and passionate about serving its residents. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Dallas Arboretum and At Last! -- an urban boarding experience.

"We are thrilled to welcome Kimberly to our leadership team," said KERA President & CEO Nico Leone. "KERA is growing at an exciting pace and deepening its critical services to North Texas. We couldn't be happier to welcome Kimberly at this time, to help lead that growth and the organization's financial sustainability."

"Joining KERA is a unique opportunity," added Singleton. "It combines my career passion of using financial data to drive improved performance with one of my life passions - giving everyone access to information impactful to their lives. I am very excited to be a part of the team."
