Classic Hits WMJZ-FM (Eagle 101.5)/Gaylord, MI promotes Rob Weaver to Station Manager, effective July 1. He'll continue to hosts afternoons at WMJZ from 3-8pm. Prior to joining the station in 2006, Weaver served as Program Director and air talent at now-defunct CHR WKPK-FM (106.7 The Peak) for 21 years. Weaver began his career at WGRY-AM, shortly after graduating from Michigan State University.

Forty Five North Media Owner/President Bryan Hollenbaugh commented, "Rob is the glue that keeps things going around here and it just makes sense to give him the proper credit. He has been a mainstay in Northern Michigan radio for over four decades, including the past 16 with this station.
