KNHC/Seattle Appoints Ron Chatman as Program Director

Veteran Country programmer Ron Chatman is appointed Program Director for Seattle Public Schools non-commercial Rhythmic CHR KNHC-FM (C89.5)/Seattle. The station is a part of Nathan Hale High School. Most recently, Chatman was Coordinator of Country Content for Audacy until the company's most recent layoffs. Prior to Audacy, he spent four years as Integrations Specialist at vCreative.

Previously, he served as afternoon host for WZZK-FM/Birmingham, before being upped to Director of Digital Content & Social Media for the Cox Media Country outlet. Before that, Chatman was with WYCD-FM/Detroit as air talent, assistant PD and Director of Digital Programming. His 38-year radio career also included stints in New Orleans and Baltimore.
