Audacy adds Ian Camfield to mornings on KBZT-FM (ALT 94.9) in San Diego. Camfield will be heard weekdays from 6-10am beginning October 17. Most recently, Camfield was with co-owned KVIL-FM (ALT 103.7) in Dallas, as a contributer to sister stations KRLD (News Radio 1080) and KRLD-FM (105.3 The Fan) since 2020. Previously, he handled afternoons on K-Rock in New York, then mornings on KUPD-FM and KDKB-FM in Phoenix.

"Ian Camfield is a world-class air talent who has proven can entertain his audience while connecting them to the music he plays," said Audacy San Diego Senior Vice President and Market Manager Michael Valenzuela. "We're very excited to have Ian join the ALT 94.9 air staff."

"When I lived in England, I would visit San Diego and tell ALT 94.9 management they should hire me. It's long been one of my favorite stations in one of my favorite cities," added Camfield. "I'm very excited to be joining an excellent team."
