Paragon promotes Michelle Conrad to Marketing Director, where she oversees Paragon's marketing and communication efforts. Conrad led Paragon's recent rebranding and new website. She continues as Digital Consultant for Paragon clients, a position she has held since 2016, and Marketing Director for VuHaus Group, which she joined in April.

With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, Conrad has consulted some of the largest media companies in the world including Disney, ABC, Nick, Outside, and GoPro. She began her career in social media analytics with Oracle in Boulder and San Francisco and is now based in Los Angeles.

Conrad, said, "I'm excited for the opportunity to expand my role within Paragon, it feels like a very organic progression. The recent rebranding has created positive changes, particularly in the way we approach our marketing efforts. I'm pleased to continue my collaboration with Team Paragon and lead these developments."

Paragon also adds Jasper Logan as Community Engagement Consultant. Logan will focus on supporting Paragon's Urban Alternative radio station clients with their local community engagement efforts. Logan, a Chicago native and hip-hop artist, will remain in Fayetteville, AR, where he continues as Community Engagement Manager at NPR News KUAF-FM.

Paragon CEO Mike Henry noted, "Michelle was phenomenal in leading the strategy and implementation of Paragon's recent rebranding efforts and the construction of our new website and social media. Her new title acknowledges the integral role within Paragon that she has served for some time."

Regarding the addition of Logan to Team Paragon, Henry noted, "Paragon's commitment to the new Urban Alternative radio format is fortified by the addition of Jasper Logan. Jasper provides our UA station clients with a heightened focus on serving their local communities. Jasper is an invigorating addition to the Paragon family."

Logan, who began earlier this year, said, "I'm excited to begin this journey with Paragon and helping stations reach and realize their full potential."
