This holiday season, WALR (Kiss 104.1)/Atlanta in partnership with Chris 180, gave ten families in the Atlanta area a holiday miracle by fulfilling their Christmas lists through the Kiss Wish program.

Chris 180's vision is to improve our community by providing children, adults, and families with high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services and support systems. The organization chose 10 of these deserving families and provided a gift list for each to Kiss 104.1. The families joined Kiss 104.1 for a day at Six Flags over Georgia on where they were treated to a holiday meal, entertainment, and a special experience.

Thanks to generous donations from Montlick Injury Attorneys and Kiss 104.1 listeners, each family had their wish list fulfilled and gifts delivered to them in time for Christmas. The families also received a gift card from Publix to assure that their holiday will include delicious family meals.

"The holiday season is always difficult for the thousands of families across Metro Atlanta who struggle, despite their best efforts to make ends meet. Buying the latest toys, electronics, games and even essentials like clothes and shoes are often impossible for parents to put under the tree," said Chris 180 Chief Marketing Officer Chaundra Luckett. "This year, thanks to our incredible partnership with Kiss 104.1, families who are served through our trauma-informed programs will have the Christmas of their dreams. This is truly paying-it-forward in one big way. We are thankful to have been chosen as the beneficiary of Kiss Wish and we are truly humbled by the support of those we serve."

"Serving our Atlanta communities is what we do best. With Kiss Wish, we see firsthand the smiles on each child's face, when they get everything they wanted on their Christmas list. It's priceless," added Kiss 104.1 Director of Branding and Programming Terri Avery.
