RADIO ONLINE co-founder, publisher, and news editor Ron Chase suffered a head injury from a fall on Wednesday, July 24, and was hospitalized until Monday, July 29, slowing the news reporting operations of the 35-year-old publication. The 53-year radio veteran is now back behind the news desk and is doing well.

The incident occurred at Chase's home, where he tripped and fell, leading to a significant head injury. Immediate medical attention was required, and Chase was rushed to the hospital. During his hospitalization, the RADIO ONLINE team worked diligently to maintain the quality and timeliness of news reporting, although some delays were inevitable.

Chase, who has been a stalwart in the radio news industry for over five decades, expressed his gratitude for the support and well wishes from colleagues, friends, and readers. "I am deeply touched by the outpouring of support during my recovery. It's heartwarming to know so many people care," said Chase.
