New York-based digital solutions provider Aiir Inc is integrating Bluesky into its Studio Inbox product, a dashboard designed for listener interaction. This update allows stations to efficiently manage social interactions by consolidating multiple communication channels, including the newly added Bluesky, into a single, user-friendly interface.
Studio Inbox now supports viewing and interacting with replies and mentions on Bluesky, alongside existing integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, email, website forms and RSS feeds. This enhancement enables station personnel to engage with listeners across various platforms without the need to switch between tools, thereby streamlining operations and maintaining focus on live broadcasts.
In addition to managing incoming messages, Studio Inbox users can now also post content directly to Bluesky using Aiir's Social Publisher tool. This feature supports the distribution of news articles and other content, further broadening the interaction capabilities of radio stations with their audiences.
Aiir CTO Gav Richards expressed enthusiasm about the integration, noting the rising popularity of Bluesky as a social media platform. "Bluesky has rapidly gained popularity in recent months, attracting millions of new users seeking alternatives to X (formerly Twitter). Responding to our customers' requests, we are delighted to launch this integration today," said Richards.
Aiir's Studio Inbox is available in the USA through barter by Premiere Networks, with cash purchase options offered in the UK, Canada, and other global markets.
