nextKast unveils its Automation System, Version 7.0, marking a significant update with enhanced reliability and a modernized user interface. This new release integrates multiple functions including automation, scheduling, traffic management, and more into a singular, streamlined system.

Winston Potgieter, Founder and Project Manager of nextKast, emphasized the customer-focused development of the platform. "We listened to our customers and developed an end-to-end platform that eliminates the chaos radio stations experience when working on or trying to sync different platforms. This frees up valuable work hours to focus on what truly matters... running the radio station efficiently," he said.

nextKast 7.0 is designed to function without the need for external add-ons or complex configurations. It promises enhanced speed, intelligence, and reliability with a seamless workflow aimed at preventing interruptions in radio station operations.

"Our early-adapter customers tell us there are tangible cost and time savings with nextKast 7.0," Potgieter noted. "Traditional automation setups rely on multiple software and hardware components, creating a budget and time drain. By consolidating everything into a single, efficient system, stations can cut setup and operations time by 30-50%."

Feedback from industry professionals has been positive. Chuck Taylor, Program Director at KHYI in Dallas, praised the system's integration capabilities. "The integration of the music scheduler with the overall automation is seamless. It saves us a lot of time and reduces the chance of errors, especially with its flexible scheduling rules and real-time adjustments. The Audience Pleaser is a fantastic tool to keep our playlist fresh and test new music with real time feedback."

Jim Nash from KTKO FM in Beeville, TX, also endorsed the new system. "I found nextKast to be the perfect solution for our station needs," he stated. "Having the Traffic scheduler, and Music scheduler built in internally, is great. nextKast is easy to use and navigate. I highly recommend nextKast to anyone looking for Playout, Music Scheduler, Traffic Scheduler, and Billing."
