HRN Launches Two 24/7 Spanish-Language Music Formats

The Hispanic Radio Network (HRN) has introduced two new round-the-clock Spanish-Language music stations, JUAN-FM and Los40 24/7, expanding its reach and diversity. JUAN-FM will feature a Regional Mexican format, while Los40 24/7 will focus on Tropical & Caribbean music.

JUAN-FM will feature a playlist of artists such as Banda MS, Joan Sebastian, Calibre 50, Juan Gabriel, and Los Bukis/Marco Antonio Solis, among others. Meanwhile, Los40 24/7 will cater to fans of contemporary hits, playing music from international stars like Bad Bunny, Shakira, Daddy Yankee, Karl G, and J Balvin.

Alex Quintero, Director of Product Services at HRN, emphasized the demand for specialized Hispanic content. "The audience and appetite for Hispanic radio programming is there," he stated. "For owners and operators, JUAN-FM or Los40 24/7 work well as a complement to their other formats in the market. These Spanish-Language formats can be a solution for underperforming stations, as well."

The launch of these new outlets comes at a time when the Hispanic population in the U.S. numbers 65 million, wielding a buying power estimated at $3.6 trillion, according to Axios.com. This demographic represents a significant portion of the market that HRN aims to tap into with its latest offerings.

Clark Logan, President of HRN, highlighted the strategic advantage of the new formats. "With the launch of HRN-24/7 we now offer an efficient turnkey solution to the growing multi-cultural advertising market," Logan said. "Radio station owners and operators can get the best Hispanic formats with a simple call to Alex. We feel this will benefit both the owners and the advertisers who are always looking for more content in this ever-growing space."
