Radio.Cloud has announced that Amazon Web Services (AWS), a provider of cloud services, has selected Radio.Cloud as its radio automation/playout partner for the 2025 NAB Show. Together, the companies will showcase cloud-based live radio production from AWS's signature glass studio on the show floor.
"I'm very proud that Amazon Web Services chose us for this prominent demo at NAB," remarked Christian Brenner, CEO and Founder of Radio.Cloud. "AWS is a great partner and I'm honored to showcase our innovative solutions at their booth, which has become a destination for all broadcasters."
Radio.Cloud, a premium partner of AWS since 2022, will drive AWS's live radio broadcasting and production demo during NAB. The setup will show broadcasters how production and live radio is now easy to achieve with an extremely light hardware footprint.
As AWS's only radio operating system in its premium partner tier, Radio.Cloud is the first and only cloud-based operating system with an integrated Live Studio built into the browser. This enables seamless remote broadcasting using only a computer and microphone. The innovative platform allows significant cost savings on hardware infrastructure and studio space.
Live Studio combines low-latency playout with microphone inputs, a hotkey wall and SIP/IP phone hybrid integration to provide broadcasters with a true browser-based studio. Remote contribution is easy with an email invite, and hosts can see each other on camera. The interface is compatible with touchscreen, MIDI controllers, or a setup as simple as a laptop and microphone.
The 2025 NAB Show takes place from April 6-9. Visit Radio.Cloud at booth W3334 and Amazon Web Services at booth W1701.
