Roman will report to Chris Boniello, Vice President of Production Services, and will oversee editing and post-production for the company's expanding lineup of client podcasts. His responsibilities will include guiding the technical and creative aspects of both audio and video production, with an emphasis on sound design and storytelling.

"I'm very excited to be joining the team," said Roman. "I'm happy to help The Podglomerate continue its rapid growth in the podcast industry."

Roman brings with him a broad portfolio of editing experience across mediums including commercials, social media, short films, and documentaries. His past collaborators include major brands like Disney, Amazon, WebMD, Porsche, Apple, Mastercard, and Nike.

"We're thrilled to welcome Jose to the team," said Boniello. "With years of experience working with major brands, Jose brings not only an ear for great storytelling but the creative visual skills to take our video productions to the next level. He will provide an elevated and dynamic creative podcast experience for our clients."

"In a world where podcasting is increasingly becoming video-forward, Jose's expertise will be an asset to all of our team and all of our production clients," said Jeff Umbro, founder and CEO of The Podglomerate. "We're lucky to have him on the team."
