The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) has announced that singer-songwriter Cam will perform at the 50th Annual Gracie Awards, set for May 20 at the Beverly Wilshire. Hosted by actress and comedian Fortune Feimster, the milestone gala will celebrate five decades of honoring outstanding achievements by, for, and about women in media.
"With Cam's soaring, powerful vocals and vivid storytelling, this golden anniversary celebration promises to be an unforgettable night," said AWMF President Becky Brooks. "As a bold advocate for women and the barriers they face in country music, she has become a catalyst for change-embodying exactly what the Gracies honor and represent."
The evening will feature an all-star lineup of presenters including Atsuko Okatsuka, Bethany Joy Lenz, Christina Hendricks, Jenna Dewan, Jimmy Kimmel, Monica Lewinsky, Jo Ling Kent, Karen Pittman, Kyle Richards, Sean Valentine, Teddi Mellencamp, and Jillian Escoto Ong. Additional attendees include Norah O'Donnell, Lisa Ling, Loni Love, Angela Yee, Jon Cryer, Stephanie Koenig, Carolina Miranda, Dara Renee, Morgan Dudley, and others.
Renee and Dudley, co-stars of Descendants: The Rise of Red, will serve as AWMF's Digital Impact Ambassadors.
Now in its 50th year, the Gracie Awards recognize exceptional work across news, entertainment, audio, streaming, and digital platforms, celebrating the contributions of women who are shaping the future of media. This year's honorees and attendees reflect the awards' enduring mission to spotlight powerful storytelling and elevate voices that challenge the status quo.
The gala is produced entirely by female-owned companies and all-women production teams from Do Great Projects and Mythical Creatures, with Kristin Whalley serving as Executive Producer.
Cam, best known for her triple-platinum hit "Burning House," continues to push boundaries. She contributed songwriting, production, and backing vocals to Beyonce's Cowboy Carter and appeared on 070 Shake's 2024 album Petrichor. Her new body of work with RCA Records is expected in 2025.
The Gracie Awards are sponsored by Disney Entertainment, FOX Sports, CNN, CBS News, Bloomberg, Hallmark Media, NBC Sports, ABC News, ESPN, and others.
