Frequency, a SaaS platform focused on workflow automation and ad monetization in podcasting, has named Russell Weissman as a strategic consultant. In his new role, Weissman will lead operations for the company's Premium Publisher Network (PPN), an initiative designed to help publishers monetize curated podcast content at scale across top creator networks.

Weissman brings over ten years of experience in the podcast and creator economy. He most recently served as Head of Audience Strategy and Marketing at All Things Comedy, where he oversaw talent partnerships, content strategy, and branded content initiatives.

At Frequency, Weissman will work closely with the company's sales partners to expand adoption of the PPN, onboard new publishers, strengthen ties with existing media partners, and support cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and product development.

"Russell brings a rare blend of operational insight, publisher experience, and deep industry relationships," said Pete Jimison, CEO of Frequency. "He's exactly the kind of leader we need to scale PPN and make it a transformative solution for both media owners and advertisers."

The Premium Publisher Network is gaining traction among publishers and creators, offering access to major advertisers -- including Fortune 500 brands -- through Frequency's partnership with DAX US.

"I've built my career at the intersection of talent, content, and brands," said Weissman. "PPN is the connective tissue this industry has needed -- and I'm excited to help Frequency lay the foundation that will shape the next phase of publisher monetization."
