Country Radio Seminar (CRS) has unveiled a new installment in its CRS360 webinar series titled "A Face For Radio? A Difference For Your Listeners," now available for streaming at CountryRadioSeminar.com. Building on findings presented at CRS 2025, the session delves into the shifting expectations audiences have for radio personalities and how these evolving dynamics influence listener engagement in an increasingly saturated media environment.

Moderated by Clay Hunnicutt, the webinar features expert commentary from Carolyn Gilbert and Leigh Jacobs of NuVoodoo Media, along with Gator Harrison of iHeartCountry. The discussion draws from fresh data in the CRS 2025 research project, exploring what listeners notice, value, and expect from Country radio hosts.

The session outlines five key areas where programmers can enhance on-air talent performance: authenticity, relatability, trust, tone, and timing. According to CRS, these elements are critical in forming meaningful connections with audiences.

"This CRS360 episode continues the important conversation we began at CRS 2025, taking the research one step further by showing how personality truly drives connection on Country radio," said RJ Curtis, Executive Director of Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB). "It's a valuable extension of our findings and offers meaningful, actionable insights for programmers and talent alike."

The webinar is designed as a resource for programmers, content directors, and talent coaches seeking to refine their station's voice and strengthen listener relationships.

All CRS360 webinars are available on demand at CountryRadioSeminar.com.
