Hope Media Group (HMG), the nonprofit organization behind Christian media brands KSBJ, WayFM, and Spanish-language Vida Unida, has officially opened its new 50,000-square-foot headquarters at Valley Ranch, a growing mixed-use development in East Montgomery County in Texas. Designed by the global architecture firm Gensler and built by Tellepsen, the new facility represents a major step forward for HMG as it continues to expand its mission-driven media outreach across multiple platforms.

"Expanding in recent years as a multi-platform media ministry and our continued organizational growth meant we needed not just more space, but the right kind of space," said Joe Paulo, CEO of Hope Media Group. "This facility really honors the many donors who have made it possible by weaving beauty, functionality, and efficiency into something special that will facilitate life-changing work for decades to come."

The headquarters features an open floorplan that fosters collaboration and transparency, with thoughtfully designed areas such as focused workspaces, prayer rooms, a public cafe, and a versatile multipurpose room. Creative studios have also been acoustically engineered to support high-quality content creation across HMG's networks.

"As a nonprofit, it was important to Hope Media Group that they be good stewards of their donor dollars and community," said Ami Buckner, Studio Director and Senior Associate at Gensler. "We embraced the functional needs of the space while also creating a comfortable and inviting environment for both employees and visitors. The resulting design accommodates Hope Media Group's future growth and personnel needs by improving efficiency and use."

Hope Media Group also placed a strong emphasis on making the space welcoming to the broader community. The first floor includes a street-level feature studio and a public cafe adjacent to the lobby. Outside, the campus includes walkable pathways and a landscaped green space designed for outdoor community events.

"As a dynamic mixed-use development, Valley Ranch is attracting top-tier organizations that enhance the vibrancy of the area," said a representative for Valley Ranch. "Hope Media Group's mission-driven presence will not only enrich the lives of residents but also contribute to the continued growth and energy of East Montgomery County."
