Radio Resources, Full Metal Jackie Team for BSL Special

Radio Resources is celebrating the Fourth of July weekend with a thunderous tribute to heavy metal history. In collaboration with syndicated rock radio mainstay Full Metal Jackie, the company is offering a free, two-hour radio special to rock stations nationwide, timed to coincide with one of the most significant concerts in metal history.

"Back to the Beginning: The Black Sabbath Legacy Special" will air in tandem with the Back to the Beginning concert on July 5 at Villa Park in Birmingham - a historic event marking Ozzy Osbourne's final live performance and a rare reunion of the original Black Sabbath lineup. The all-star bill also includes Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Alice in Chains, and more.

Hosted by Full Metal Jackie, the special promises a powerful blend of Sabbath classics, festival setlist highlights, and exclusive archival content, including: interviews with Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, and other Sabbath members. Reflections from artists on their favorite Black Sabbath albums. Iconic cover tracks and deep cuts from Sabbath's discography. And commentary from Jackie on the band's legacy and influence.

"This is a once-in-a-lifetime moment for metal fans," said Jackie. "Black Sabbath didn't just invent heavy metal - they gave generations of artists their blueprint. This special is our way of celebrating that legacy with the fans who live for this music."

The special is free to air with no production lift required, making it easy for stations to tap into the weekend's biggest musical event. Radio stations interested in airing the special or scheduling interviews with Full Metal Jackie can contact Rich O'Brien here.
