Skyview Networks has announced a series of leadership promotions across business development, finance, technology and corporate affairs, part of an effort to align the company's executive team with its strategic priorities, according to an internal memo from President & CEO Steve Jones.

"I am proud to recognize several members of our leadership team whose vision and expertise have been essential to shaping our success," Jones wrote, noting the appointments position Skyview "to build on our success and pursue the opportunities ahead with clarity and confidence."

Andrew Kalb is named Executive Vice President, Business Development and Communications. He'll will guide Skyview's strategic direction by identifying new business opportunities and shaping long-term growth. Kalb continues to oversee the company's business portfolio -- including sports partnerships, affiliation strategies and marketing -- while working with finance, technology and sales to drive aligned, innovative initiatives.

Clayton Nix is upped to Executive Vice President, Finance. Nix leads finance, accounting and research, partnering across departments to evaluate business opportunities and revenue potential. Known for distilling complex data into actionable insights, he is tasked with ensuring sound, sustainable financial strategies and operational excellence.

Aaron Mellis is appointed Senior Vice President, Technology. He expands oversight across operations, client relations and technology, directing Skyview's broadcast services and software offerings. His mandate includes improving scalability, performance and efficiency, while collaborating with business development and finance on future opportunities to strengthen the company's portfolio.

Renee Smith is named Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs. Smith will continue to shape corporate affairs strategy, focusing on internal communications, employee services and cross-business alignment. She will manage corporate compliance and culture programs, lead board of directors relations and pursue organizational improvements tied to Skyview's long-term goals.

Jones called the promotions "well-deserved," adding that they reflect both the executives' individual impact and the strength of their teams in advancing the company's growth.
