Saothair Capital Partners Acquires GatesAir

Saothair Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in middle-market manufacturing and industrial investments, has completed the acquisition of GatesAir through a newly formed affiliate.
Founded in 1922, GatesAir is a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing wireless, over-the-air content delivery and public safety communications systems. The company's solutions enable broadcasters to create, transport, and transmit radio and television content worldwide. Headquartered in Mason, OH, GatesAir operates manufacturing facilities in Quincy, IL, and Brescia, Italy. Barbara Spicek will continue to lead the company as President and CEO.
