Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio (MIW) and the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation (NABLF) have selected Eunice McNally as the 2026 mentee for the MIW-NABLF LAUNCH Program. Launched in 2023, the LAUNCH initiative pairs emerging women leaders in radio with senior industry executives for a year-long mentorship focused on professional development, skill-building, and career advancement.

McNally currently serves as Broadcast Operations Manager for Townsquare Media in Texas. She previously spent seven years with iHeartMedia, where she advanced to Assistant Director of Operations. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Converged Broadcast Media, McNally has been passionate about radio since childhood and is dedicated to audience-focused operations and collaborative team leadership.

"Eunice is exactly the kind of emerging leader LAUNCH was built to champion," said MIW Board President Sheila Kirby. "Her operations experience, curiosity, and commitment to the craft highlight strong leadership potential. We're thrilled to help her accelerate the next stage of her career."

McNally expressed gratitude for the opportunity, saying, "Radio has been my dream since I was ten years old. I'm eager to learn from leaders who've built great teams and great stations and to pay that support forward to other women in our industry."

NAB Leadership Foundation President Michelle Duke added, "Partnering with MIW underscores our commitment to developing the next generation of broadcast professionals. As the industry continues to evolve, programs like LAUNCH help ensure a strong pipeline of innovative and diverse leaders."
