MIW Opens 2026 Erica Farber Mentorship Applications

Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio (MIW) has opened applications for the 2nd Annual Erica Farber Mentorship in Management Program. The year-long initiative is designed to empower and elevate women in senior leadership roles across radio, including sales, marketing, programming, digital, and other disciplines.

Participants will be paired with top executives and thought leaders, gaining personalized guidance, strategic insights, and access to high-level leadership development opportunities.

"The Erica Farber Mentorship in Management program embodies the mission of MIW -- to champion, mentor, and equip women to lead with confidence and impact," said Sheila Kirby, MIW Board President. "This program continues to create tangible change by opening doors for women ready to step into the next level of leadership within our industry.
