Westwood One has tapped longtime St. Louis broadcaster McGraw Milhaven as the new host of its syndicated program "America at Night," beginning December 1. Milhaven currently anchors mornings at KTRS-AM in St. Louis. The show will air live weeknights from 9pm to midnight ET and continue its legacy of accessible, wide-ranging talk radio. Milhaven steps into a role previously shaped by industry icons Jim Bohannon and Larry King.
"I'm deeply grateful to Westwood One for entrusting me with America at Night - a show that builds on a proud tradition of engaging listeners during one of radio's most meaningful times," Milhaven said. He reflected on growing up listening to King and Bohannon and called his new role "an honor and a profound responsibility," promising to spotlight "great stories from great storytellers."
Westwood One President and EVP of Corporate Strategy & Development Collin Jones praised the choice, calling Milhaven "a trusted voice" whose understanding of the issues and on-air rapport make him "the ideal host to lead America at Night into the future."
