The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced that the TV and Radio HQ, presented by Xperi, will relocate to a new, high-visibility location on the Central Hall show floor for the NAB Show, set for April 19-22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The move from West Hall is intended to improve convenience, increase engagement and better integrate broadcast-focused programming into the heart of the show floor. Long a hub for broadcast community and content, the TV and Radio HQ's new placement is designed to make it easier for attendees, exhibitors and NAB members to connect and participate.
"The TV and Radio HQ for 2026 reflects how broadcasters want to experience NAB Show today," said Karen Chupka, Executive Vice President of Global Connections and Events at NAB, noting that the Central Hall presence will help spark conversations shaping the future of television and radio.
The expanded HQ will include an HQ Theater featuring short-form sessions and live conversations focused on emerging trends, technologies and talent across TV, radio and audio storytelling. A refreshed NAB Member Lounge will also offer curated networking activations and a dedicated space for members to gather and exchange ideas throughout the show.
NAB said the HQ will also host a new workforce development program aimed at industry leaders, with skills-focused sessions examining how AI, evolving talent models and workforce trends are influencing organizational strategy across media, entertainment and technology. The sessions will be open to all NAB Show attendees.
In another programming update, NAB announced that the Small and Medium Market Radio Forum will move to Sunday, April 19, placing it at the start of the show when the full broadcast community is on site. The change is intended to improve accessibility and participation while strengthening broadcast-oriented programming during the opening days of the event.
"These enhancements reflect our commitment to delivering programming that is modern, accessible and aligned with today's challenges and opportunities," said April Carty-Sipp, Executive Vice President of Industry Affairs and Innovation at NAB.
