iHeartMedia Tampa Bay is expanding its Sports and Spanish-language offerings with the debut of 95.7 WDAE, Tampa Bay's Sports Radio, and the launch of Rumba 95.3 and 102.9, effective Monday, February 23.

95.7 WDAE (95.7 FM/620 AM) will add a 100kw FM signal, strengthening its reach while continuing its longtime home on 620 AM, where the Sports brand has aired since 1999. The station features a mix of local and national sports programming and serves as the flagship radio home of MLB's Tampa Bay Rays. It also carries football and basketball broadcasts for the Florida Gators and provides coverage of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning and USF Bulls.

Russell Robertson, Market President for iHeartMedia Tampa Bay, said expanding WDAE's FM presence strengthens the company's broadcast and marketing partnerships with local teams and reflects its commitment to serving listeners across platforms.

Nick Wize, Program Director for 95.7 WDAE, said the expanded signal will deliver a stronger lineup for what he described as a championship-caliber sports market.

As part of the move, Spanish-language programming previously heard on 95.7 FM will shift to 95.3 FM and 102.9 FM under the new brand Rumba 95.3 & 102.9. The station will continue to feature contemporary Latin hits, including reggaeton, urban pop, bachata and salsa.

P.J. Gonzalez, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartLatino, said Rumba will deliver a high-energy music mix tailored to Tampa Bay's Latino community. Enrique Santos will anchor mornings, joined by local personalities Sarykarmen Rivera and Flip Rios.
