Bob Kevoian, the longtime co-host and co-creator of The Bob & Tom Show, has died at the age of 75. According to media reports and a statement shared on social media, Kevoian passed away Friday at his home, surrounded by family and friends, following a three-year battle with cancer.

Kevoian's final moments reflected the humor and personality that defined his decades-long career. Family members were playing Abbey Road by The Beatles when "Golden Slumbers," his favorite song, came on. His longtime co-host Tom Griswold said Kevoian took his last breath as the song ended.

Kevoian and Griswold launched "The Bob & Tom Show" on March 7, 1983, building it into one of the most successful morning programs in radio. Blending comedy, talk, news and sports, the show gained national syndication in 1995 and is now heard in more than 100 markets.

Known for his raspy voice and quick wit, Kevoian played the laid-back counterpart to Griswold's more high-energy style, a chemistry that helped define the program's appeal. Off the air, colleagues and friends remembered him for his generosity and commitment to charitable causes.

Kevoian retired from the show in 2015, the same year he and Griswold were inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame. At the time, he joked about the timing of the honor, noting he had assumed induction came only after death or years into retirement.

In 2023, Kevoian publicly shared his cancer diagnosis and launched "The Bob & Cancer Show," a podcast documenting his journey alongside his wife, Becky, and longtime collaborator Whit Grayson.

Tributes poured in across social media following news of his passing, with friends and colleagues highlighting both his impact on radio and his personal kindness.

Memorial service details are expected to be announced at a later date.
