Ken Levine Set as Keynote Presenter at Conclave 45

Veteran radio personality, television writer, producer, director, and Major League Baseball broadcaster Ken Levine will serve as a keynote presenter at Conclave 45: The Last Conclave in Bloomington, MN. Levine will take the stage Thursday, September 17, at 8:30am, during the final day of the three-day radio industry conference.

Levine began his broadcasting career in Top 40 radio, including working on-air under the name "Beaver Cleaver," before moving into television. He went on to write for some of television's best-known comedy series, including "MAS*H," "Cheers," "Frasier," "The Simpsons," "Wings," "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "Becker." His television work earned him an Emmy Award and multiple Writers Guild Awards.

Levine also turned his lifelong interest in baseball into a second broadcasting career, becoming a Major League Baseball play-by-play announcer. He called games for the Baltimore Orioles, Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres and later returned to Los Angeles radio as a host of "Dodger Talk" on KABC-AM.

Organizers say Levine's keynote will draw on his experiences across radio, television, comedy and sports broadcasting, offering stories and lessons from a career that moved from Top 40 radio studios to Hollywood writers' rooms and Major League Baseball broadcast booths.

Conclave 45: The Last Conclave will be held September 15-17 at the Crowne Plaza Aire MSP Airport-Mall of America in Bloomington. The event marks the final edition of the longtime radio industry conference.
