iHeartMedia has named Tommy Castor Market President for its Salt Lake City cluster, effective immediately. Castor will oversee KAAZ-FM, KJMY-FM, KNRS-FM, KNRS-AM, KODJ-FM and KZHT-FM. In the role, he will lead the market's business strategy, revenue growth and client partnerships while overseeing the company's local organization. He will report to Glynn Alan, Area President for iHeartMedia Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.
"We are thrilled to have Tommy join the Salt Lake City team," said Alan. "His winning track record, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence make him a tremendous addition to iHeartMedia."

The appointment marks a return to iHeartMedia for Castor, who spent 10 years with the company's Wichita operations from 2008 to 2018. He began his career at Entercom and is a graduate of Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.
"I'm honored to join the iHeartMedia team in Salt Lake City and lead such a talented group of professionals," Castor said. "This market has an incredible media landscape and strong community connections."
Castor added that he plans to build on the Salt Lake City cluster's existing success while positioning iHeartMedia as a leading media partner for advertisers in the market.
