Red Apple Takes Michael Cohen Show National

Red Apple Audio Networks (RAAN) will nationally syndicate Michael Cohen's weekly radio program, "When You Know, You Know...," beginning Sunday, November 1. The expansion comes roughly two months after the program launched on WABC Radio in New York. The one-hour Sunday show features Cohen discussing political and legal issues, current events and his experiences working for President Donald Trump. WABC currently airs the program Sundays from 5-6pm ET.

Cohen previously served as Executive Vice President and Special Counsel to Trump before their relationship deteriorated. The program has since featured guests discussing a range of political and public-policy subjects.

"Michael worked for the President for over a decade and has a unique perspective on how Trump thinks when we do opinion pieces," said Red Apple Media owner and CEO John Catsimatidis. "When You Know, You Know... is an opportunity for stations to add a distinctive personality and compelling content that hyper-engages listeners and attracts advertisers."

RAAN says the show has posted audience growth since its WABC debut, citing a 17% increase in audience share in its timeslot and a 35% increase in Average Active Sessions for the live stream. Those figures were provided by Red Apple in announcing the syndication rollout.

"New York has heard what happens when I get behind the microphone. Now it's time for the rest of America," said Cohen. "Taking 'When You Know, You Know...' national gives me the opportunity to share the truth about what's really going on behind the headlines with listeners in markets all across the US."

Red Apple Media President Chad Lopez said Cohen's experience gives the program an insider perspective and called him a distinctive storyteller. WABC launched "When You Know, You Know..." earlier this summer as part of its Sunday lineup.
