Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio (MIW) and the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation (NABLF) are reminding women pursuing careers in broadcast engineering, audio production and technical operations that applications for the 2026 LAUNCH Mentorship Program close Friday, October 30.

The year-long mentorship initiative, sponsored by Mr. Master, is designed to support emerging female technical professionals through individualized guidance, industry connections and career development opportunities.

New for 2026, eligibility has been expanded to include women employed by broadcast technology partners and vendors, extending the program's reach beyond traditional broadcast station operations.

Established in 2023, LAUNCH pairs a rising female professional with an experienced industry leader for one-on-one mentorship focused on technical expertise, professional growth and leadership development.

Participants receive exposure to several areas of broadcast technology, including FCC compliance, RF systems, broadcast automation, IP-based systems, streaming and digital audio.

The selected mentee will also have the opportunity to attend the 2027 NAB Show in Las Vegas, providing access to industry professionals, networking opportunities and emerging broadcast technologies.

The program is intended for women seeking to advance their engineering careers, pursue technical certifications or expand their knowledge of broadcast operations while preparing for future leadership roles.

Applications for the 2026 LAUNCH Mentorship Program will be accepted through Friday, October 30. For more information and to apply, visit www.RadioMIW.com.
