Radio Disney Closes on WRDZ-AM/Chicago Sale


Radio Disney Chicago LLC has closed on its sale of WRDZ-AM/La Grange, IL, to Polnet Communications for $3.45 million. WRDZ operates on 1300 kHz with 4.5kW daytime signal and 4kW at night and serves the Chicago market. WRDZ is Polnet's fifth-owned AM outlet in the market and it also owns Polish language TV station WPVN-CD, channel 20. Walter Kotaba is the President of Polnet.

Bill Schutz was the broker for Disney and Dick Kozacko was broker for PolnetCommunications.
