Stardome Digital Media Acquires StreamLicensing

Stardome Digital Media LLC and its affiliates have agreed to acquire StreamLicensing LLC. The Stardome operating and management team has nearly 100 years of collective radio industry expertise. Stardome says the deal better positions the company to provide solutions that improve the quality of music StreamLicensing.com services to the marketplace.

Stardome CEO Anthony Michael Hernandez stated, "Our team is committed to maintaining very strong customer relationships and technical excellence. A dedicated team from across the organization will ensure that the transition period is seamless, while seeking new ways to improve overall service levels and provide new top-notch service bundle offers to streaming radio stations to be compliant with music royalties publishing rules and copyright laws."

To be unveiled in the coming days will be a portfolio of service technologies, along with a single point for customers to access these scalable solutions and associations.
