ICA Radio to Acquire Three in Corpus Christi TX


ICA Radio Ltd. has agreed to acquire three radio outlets in Corpus Christi, TX, from Convergent Broadcasting. Terms were not immediately disclosed. Included in the deal are 50kW CHR KKPN-FM (102.3), 14kW Classic Rock KPUS-FM (104.5) and 14kW Classic Hits KAJE-FM (107.3). Convergent is headed by Daniel Duman and has no other broadcast interests. ICA Radio Ltd. is based in Texas and headed by Barry Marks. It owns stations in the Odessa-Midland, TX. Kalil & Co. brokered the transaction.
