Sheri Taylor Joins WSPA/Greenville for Middays

Entercom taps Sheri Taylor to host middays (10am-3pm) on WSPA-FM (Magic 98.9) Greenville. She rejoins the AC outlet from Salem's crosstown WOLT-FM, where she served as morning co-host. Taylor has been in the Greenville market since she graduated from Clemson University in 1995. She's also been a comedian for 20 years, worked as an air personality for Oldies 106.3 and has worked as a television entertainment reporter.

"Last week, Magic 98.9 added Murphy, Sam & Jodi to our morning lineup and today we add another superb talent to middays in Sheri Taylor. Sheri deserves the bigger platform and audience she'll have with Magic 98.9. With the largest radio audience in the state of South Carolina, we always need to deliver the best for our clients. These moves make Magic stronger from top to bottom and improve our station, and better position our entire cluster for the future," said Entercom VP/Market Manager Steve Sinicropi.

"I am so excited to rejoin Magic 98.9. It's almost seven years ago to the day I left Magic to have my first son, Austin, and coming back home to a place I love and respect is the icing on the cake. Entercom has always been like family to me and I can't wait to start on mid-days on a heritage brand like Magic 96.9," added Taylor.

"Sheri is someone I've kept a close eye on over the years. We worked together many years ago and her passion to be great both on-air and off-air is unmatched. Magic 98.9 is the dominant at-work station in the market, and Sheri will be your on-air coworker. She is a multi-talented personality who will bring fun, passion, personal stories that engage and relate to the audience and better music for a better workday," commented OM Tias Schuster.
