Jade Alexander Joins WMXJ/Miami as Midday Host

Entercom taps Jade Alexander as the new midday host at Classic Hits WMXJ-FM (102.7 The Beach) in Miami. A South Florida radio and television veteran, Alexander's 25-year career in the region includes stops at CHR WHYI-FM (Y100), Tropical WRTO-FM (Salsa 98.3) and CBS Television. She starts on the air on January 15.

"Jade is a natural talent with an unmistakable voice," said PD Pattie Moreno. "Her trademark style reflects the rich, bicultural heritage of South Florida and she is a great addition to our phenomenal live and local lineup on 102.7 The Beach."

Alexander commented, "102.7 The Beach is a station that represents the best of everything that is South Florida. I am so excited to bring great content and music to the beautiful people of Miami and work with Pattie and the talented on air staff at the Beach."
