Freska Moves to Afternoons on KOIT/San Francisco

Entercom's Rhythmic AC KRBQ (Q102) San Francisco midday host Freska makes the move afternoon drive on co-owned AC KOIT-FM, while parttime Q102 weekend host Billy Vidal will move to Q102 middays. Freska will replace KOIT's departing afternoon host Brent Carey. Billy Vidal is known for his warm and engaging radio demeanor. Elroy Smith, Freska and Vidal are expected to make their new hosting debut May 31.

"Freska's unique delivery, community relationships, and creative show ideas will build a strong connection for our listeners," said KOIT Program Director Brian Figula.

"I was born and raised in the Bay Area, I grew up listening to KOIT," added host Freska. "Many thanks to Steve DiNardo, Elroy Smith, and Brian Figula for their support and belief in me."
