CBS Radio Adult Hits KZJK-FM (104.1 JACK-FM) Minneapolis Imaging Director and live event personality Remy Maxwell is promoted to the station's first ever live afternoon talent from 3-6pm. Maxwell's first day will be Wednesday, October 19. He started his radio career more than 20 years ago with stints in Los Angeles, Minneapolis and Sirius Satellite Radio. Maxwell joined KZJK in December, 2010 in current role.
"Remy's talent and previous ratings success in afternoons are undisputed," said KZJK-FM PD Adam Sprenger. "He understands the market, our listeners and our vision."
"The addition of Remy Maxwell as the station's first ever LIVE talent significantly enhances our commitment to listeners in the Twin Cities to provide live, relevant, engaging programming each afternoon," added Senior VP/Market Manager Shannon Knoepke. "Remy possesses all of the winning qualities of a great talent and we can't wait for him to open up the mic and connect with the audience."
Maxwell said, "I can't wait to spew my brand of nonsense all over JACK on a daily basis. Thanks to Shannon Knoepke, LMac (Lauren MacLeash), and Adam Sprenger for their insight, genius, and complete recklessness... Remy Rides again."
