101 ESPN/St. Louis Resigns Miklasz, Hires Smallmon

WXOS-FM (101 ESPN) St. Louis signs Bernie Miklasz, host of "The Bernie Miklasz Show" to a new longterm contract. Miklasz has been a sports commentator, guest analyst and show host on 101 ESPN since 2009. Prior to his fulltime status there, Miklasz was a longtime sports writer and columnist at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and online at STLtoday.com. Concurrently, Michelle Smallmon (pictured) returns to St. Louis and WXOS with the Miklasz show as an online contributor to 101sports.com beginning January 29.
Smallmon is a Belleville native and a lifelong passionate St. Louis sports fan. During her time at ESPN, Smallmon began as a producer for the weekday evening radio show called "Jorge & Jen," on espnradio.com. When she departed ESPN, Smallmon was producing the "Ryen Rusillo Show" on the ESPN radio network. Prior to ESPN, Smallmon spent four years with 101 ESPN in St. Louis from 2009-2015.
