WWJ-AM/Detroit Names Brooke Allen Afternoon Co-Host

WWJ-AM (WWJ Newsradio 950) Detroit taps veteran broadcaster Brooke Allen as afternoon co-host. She joins current PM drive host Greg Bowman, weekdays from 2-6pm. Allen returns to WWJ from WKAR-AM Lansing, MI, where beginning in 2016 she served as the producer and host of the "Morning Edition" show. Before her first stint at WWJ, Allen was a news and traffic reporter at a number of stations in Michigan and California, including KFI, KOST and JILL-FM.

"We are excited to welcome Brooke back to WWJ," said Senior VP/Market Manager Debbie Kenyon. "In addition to being an award winning journalist, Brooke is devoted to our local community. Her passion for the news and connection to the people of the metro Detroit area will be evident each and every day."
