Melissa Forman Returns as WLIT/Chicago Morning Host

Melissa Forman returns to WLIT-FM (93.9 Lite FM) Chicago as morning host weekdays from 61-10am, effective May 29.Forman, a Chicago native, hosted mornings on the iHeartMedia AC outlet for eight years before leaving in 2009 to join WCIU-TV (The U) to co-host "You & Me This Morning" with Jeanne Sparrow. She also worked at WLRW-FM/Champaign-Urbana, WVMX-FM/Cincinnati, before returning home to Chicago to work at WKIE-FM.

"I am so excited to welcome Melissa Forman back into the iHeartMedia Chicago family," said iHeartMedia Markets Group's Chicago Region President Matt Scarano. "She has a rich history with Chicago and 93.9 LITE FM's listeners, and we are looking forward to working with her again."

Forman says of her return, "It's an opportunity to go home again. To a station that I have always loved, with listeners I have really missed. I'm humbled and excited."
