Entercom's 98 PXY/Rochester has named Chris Debbins as Assistant Program Director effective immediately. Debbins will also continue in his current roles as afternoon drive host and Music Director, which he assumed in 2016.

"Chris has strong leadership qualities and a genuine sense of curiosity that has led him to his current success and will continue to serve him well as he grows in our industry," said Sue Munn, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Entercom Rochester. "He's the latest in a long line of successful programming professionals at 98 PXY."

"I am honored to be able to grow my career with this new role at 98 PXY," said Debbins. "I look forward to working closely with Mike Danger [Program Director for 98 PXY] as we continue presenting our listeners with fresh Top 40 programming each and every day."

Debbins joined 98 PXY in April 2014 as producer for the station's morning show. In September 2014, Debbins' role was expanded to include hosting the station's evening and weekend drives in addition to assuming the role of Promotions Director for 98 PXY and sister station 96.5 WCMF (WCMF-FM) in Rochester. Prior to joining Entercom, Debbins held on-air roles for WBSU in Brockport, NY and WKGS in Rochester.
