Laura Steele is appointed afternoon host for Classic Hits WJJK-FM in Indianapolis. She can be heard weekdays from 3-7pm beginning Monday, May 1. Steele moves to the afternoon timeslot from evenings. Prior to joining Cumulus Indianapolis in 2016, Steele was an air talent on Rock stations in markets including Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Indianapolis, Nashville and the San Francisco Bay Area.

An Indianapolis native, she is a voice for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Radio Network and the emcee for Colts' pre-game events. WJJK Program Director Mike Killabrew said, "Laura brings an incredible presence, enthusiasm, and passion for everything Indianapolis and 104.5 WJJK."

Steele commented, "I am so eager to move into the afternoon drive slot at what I believe is the best radio station in Indianapolis, 104.5 WJJK. I'm thrilled to be playing the Classic Hits I still love after all these years."
