iHeartMedia has announced that Amanda Lee will be the new morning co-host for KJYO (KJ103) Oklahoma City. Effective immediately, Lee joins hosts TJ and JRod for the newly rebranded "TJ, Amanda, & JRod in the Morning." In her new role, Lee will help guide listeners through the morning with a mix of current events, relatable topics, trending local stories, and popular music hits.
"I'm thrilled to welcome Amanda Lee to the KJ103 family," said JJ Ryan, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Oklahoma City. "Her dynamic energy, quick wit, and magnetic personality make her the perfect addition to 'TJ, Amanda, & JRod in the Morning.'"
Amanda Lee most recently served as an Event Producer for JetFuel and was previously Team Lead for Mosaic. She began her career with Royal Caribbean International and is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma.
Reflecting on her new role, Lee shared, "I started listening to the morning show on KJ103 as a high school senior in Noble, Oklahoma, on my drive to school. Never in a million years did I imagine I'd one day be fortunate enough to join the ranks of a team that I once thought were the absolute coolest people on the planet. I can't wait to help the fine folks of Oklahoma start their days off with my patented dose of energy, enthusiasm, and excitement."
