Lotus Communications appoints Jon Ballard as Program Director of Classic Rock KKBZ-FM (The Blaze)/Fresno. Prior to joining Lotus, Ballard served as PD at Clear Channel's WVRK-FM/Columbus, GA, since March, 2011. before that, he spent 12 years at CCME's co-owned cluster in Washington, DC, where he did mornings on Classic Hits WBIG-FM (New Big 100.3)/Washington, DC, since 2006.
