Adult Standards KJUL-FM/Las Vegas air personality Ron Kirsh has been arrested for attempting to lure a 13-year old into having sex with him online, reports KNSV-TV. Kirsh, a former College of Southern Nevada instructor, was caught in an FBI online sting operation. Police say they had been tracking Kirsh's activity in chat rooms for more than a year.
Henderson police and the FBI worked in a task force to catch Kirsh in a chat room where an officer posed as a teen girl. Police say Kirsh made many sexual suggestions that ultimately lead to his arrest. The conversations reportedly lasted more than a year.
Police reports show Kirsh was arrested in the parking lot of a Henderson shopping center, where police say he'd set up a meeting with the girl so the two could possibly have sex.
