CCME/San Antonio Names Gosselin KAJA-KRPT PD

Clear Channel/San Antonio names Don Gosselin as Program Director of Country KAJA-FM (KJ 97) and Classic Country KRPT-FM (92.5 K-BUC), effective September 29. He joins the duo from the company's co-owned cluster in New Orleans, where he served as the Operations Manager for KVDU, WNOE, WODT, WQUE, WRNO, WRNO-HD2, WYLD and WYLD-AM. Gosselin will report to VP/Programming for San Antonio Paula Newell.

"There are very rare times in our careers when the perfect opportunity becomes available at the perfect time," said Gosselin. "KJ 97 is a legendary station, currently nominated for two CMA awards, in one of the strongest Country markets in the US. Between that and K-BUC's legacy, I look forward to leading these two brands to even greater success."

"We are excited to have Don join our award-winning team at KJ 97 and K-BUC," added President/Market Manager Marlene Trevino. "His experience and passion for country music will be a great addition as we continue to provide the best entertainment possible for our listeners."

Additionally, Bree Wagner has been promoted to Assistant Program Director for KAJA and KRPT, effective September 29. Wagner currently serves as Music Director for the station and will report to Gosselin in both roles.
