Entercom/Austin Promotes Nikki Nite to VP/P&O


Entercom promotes Nikki Nite to VP/Programming and Operations in Austin, filling the post formerly held by Cat Thomas, effective August 3. Nite has been with Entercom since 2009, programming stations in both the Austin and Sacramento markets. Most recently, Nite has served as Program Director of Entercom CHR KDND-FM (107.9 The End) and Hot AC KUDL-FM (Star 106.5)/Sacramento.

In her new role, Nite will oversee the programming and operations of the Entercom's four Austin stations including KJCE-AM (Talk Radio 1370), KAMX-FM (Mix 94.7) KKMJ-FM (Majic 95.5) and KKMJ-H3 (96.3 RnB).

"After an incredibly successful run at Entercom Sacramento, we are thrilled to welcome Nikki back to Texas," said Entercom Austin VP/General Manager Stephanie Callihan. "Nikki's experience and leadership will help continue the momentum we have with our stations in the Austin market and help us grow deeper relationships with our listeners and fans."

Nite commented, "I'm honored to have the opportunity to continue to build upon the solid foundation Cat Thomas has put in place. Prior to joining Entercom, Nite worked in programming at CBS Radio AC KVIL and Adult Hits KMVK/Dallas, CHR WFBC-FM, Country/Christian hybrid WGCV-FM/Greenville, SC and CHR WWXM-FM/Myrtle Beach, SC.
