Hubbard Radio/St. Louis hires 35-year veteran radio programmer Charlie Quinn to lead the programming efforts for Adult Hits WARH-FM (106.5 The Arch). He replaces Kevin Robinson. Quinn most recently spent nearly 16 years as CBS Radio's Operations Director and Program Director at Soft AC KYXY-FM/San Diego, and Vice President/AC programming of CBS Radio for three years.

Charlie has a solid reputation of developing and leading iconic air talent. He also is known for creatively building brands and developing audience loyalty."
