Hector Hannibal Returns to WHUR/Washington as PD

Howard University's Urban AC WHUR-FM/Washington, DC, brings back Hector Hannibal as Program Director, effective February 16. He previously programmed WHUR from 1993-2002, before leaving to become VP/Programming for ABC Radio Networks from 2002-2004. He joined Reach Media as VP/Programming in 2004, working with the company's "Tom Joyner Morning Show." He replaces Maxx Myrick, who left WHUR in June, 2015.
