Cumulus CEO Mary Berner Adds President Duties

In an 8K filing with the SEC, Cumulus Media disclosed amendments to its employment agreements with CEO Mary Berner (pictured), Senior VP/Treasurer and CFO Joseph P. Hannan and Senior VP/Secretary and General Counsel Richard S. Denning. Berner will now add President duties to her title, while the executive employment agreements were modified regarding the annual cash bonus structure for Hannan and Denning.

Executive VP/Corporate Marketing Suzanne Grimes and Westwood One President inked a new deal through July 3, 2018, which contains a provision for automatic extensions for one-year periods thereafter.
